Weddings, memorials, ministry meetings and community gatherings - our building is available to members and neighbors by request.
How it works
Three steps to reserve a space
1. Check the date
Call the church office with your preferred date and time so we can confirm availability against the church calendar.
2. Submit your request
We'll walk you through a short property use request covering your event, expected attendance and setup needs.
3. Review and approval
Church leadership reviews each request. Approved events receive written confirmation with guidelines and any fees or deposit.
Guidelines
Good to know
- • The building is a house of worship; events should honor that purpose.
- • No alcohol, smoking or open flame inside the facility.
- • Spaces are left as found - setup and cleanup are the requester's responsibility.
- • A church representative is present for every scheduled event.
- • Requests are best made at least three weeks ahead.
